We’re excited to announce that Accounts Payable has implemented online training. The training format is a self-serve video tutorial with written guidelines and optional drop-in sessions. The user is guided to select the appropriate training based on their role in mosaic finance.
You can access the Finance Training SharePoint website by logging into Mosaic using your Mac ID and password, clicking the Mosaic Home drop-down menu on the top maroon bar, selecting “My Work”, then selecting the “Finance Training” tile. Finance modules each have their own training pages. More options can be found by clicking the … (three dots). ‘The Fundamentals’ page has a lot of useful information, which is a good place for new finance users to start.
Training on Travel Expense, PCard Reconciliation, non-PO vouchers, and Diners are available in video and PDF formats.
In addition, Financial Affairs staff are available during several one-hour drop-in sessions to answer any questions you may have regarding mosaic finance systems. You can find more information about the meetings here.
