Description of Training Sessions

Adjusted Budget	Who Should Attend: Everyone who is looking to monitor their budgets on a monthly or quarterly basis.
	Topics: Benefits of using Adjusted Budget, how to update Adjusted Budget with YTD actuals, how to adjust labour budgets, and variance reports.
Hyperion Labour Planning	Who Should Attend: Those that enter the application sporadically and intermediate users who have found challenges in labour planning.
	Topics: How to plan for new positions, how to plan for groups, how to review the projections for existing employees, and how to update information of existing employees.
Hyperion Reports	Who Should Attend: Anyone who needs to understand the reports that are required during budget preparation, budget submission and monthly monitoring.
	Topics: What data is available in Hyperion, where to find reports for budget submission, budget preparation, and monthly actuals.
Let’s Budget	Who Should attend: Anyone who needs guidance entering their budgets in Hyperion. Please note – larger issues should be raised with your Budgeting Services representative.
	Topics: Ad-hoc, drop in and enter budgets in Hyperion with the guidance of a budget expert.
Hyperion Beginners	Who Should Attend: Everyone who will be entering budgets in Hyperion for the first time, or has only entered budgets once.
	Topics: Hyperion setup, how to open SmartView, how to edit forms, how to enter comments, how to enter supporting details, and how to copy actuals into projections.
