The purpose of the BI Reporting Request eForm is to request an update/change to an existing report in a BI dashboard or request a new report in BI (may or may not fall within the scope of an existing BI dashboard)

The purpose of the Chartfield Add/Update eForm is to request new or update existing Department or Program chartfields. This includes changes to name, workflow approvers, inactivating departments or programs, or requesting salary combo codes for use in the HR module.
