The goal of Banking and eCommerce service is to support the departments to comply with the policies and procedures surrounding cash management at McMaster University. Assists in resolving inquiries from accounts payable and accounts receivable service units in an efficient manner to mitigate the risk of fraud and errors.

We work with University IT Security to assist departments to follow PCI-DSS policy and procedures, to ensure that all eCommerce and payment card transactions at McMaster University are conducted in the most secure, confidential and reliable method. Provides support to the PCI-DSS Steering Committee to ensure the committee has the information required to make sound decisions.
