The goal of Strategic Procurement is to provide value added, customer focused support to the various departments and units across the university, who procure goods and services to perform business related functions at McMaster.
Our team of professional procurement experts work to ensure that all procurement functions are performed in an open, fair and transparent manner in accordance with government procurement directives and University policies.Through collaborative spend opportunities and the competitive bid process, Strategic Procurement has negotiated a multitude of agreements with set terms, conditions, and/or pricing with a variety of vendors who have become McMaster Approved Suppliers.
